Tickets
  • When will I get my tickets? || How do I get my tickets? Those who have purchased tickets in advance online will receive an email confirmation and an option to download your tickets. The link will bring up a barcode that will be scanned at the gate for admission. Tickets are also available for purchase onsite Saturday, March 2nd and Sunday, March 3rd.
  • What if I lose my tickets? Prior to ModaMiami, if you have accidentally deleted or lost your email containing your tickets (and barcode), you can email info@modaevents.com for assistance. While onsite for the event, any ticketing issues can be addressed at one of our two ticketing check-in points. One can be found onsite at The Biltmore Hotel and the other at the University of Miami parking lot.
  • What if I lose my wristband credential? Ticket barcodes are only good for one Once scanned, attendees will receive the appropriate wristband(s) for their events according to the scanned barcode. Individuals that cut off or lose that wristband will be required to purchase a new ticket for a new wristband. They will not be provided with a replacement wristband.
  • What access do I have as a ticket holder?
    General Admission tickets provide access to the ModaMiami showfield, whether Saturday, Sunday, or Saturday and Sunday. Casa Tua Club at Moda tickets provide General Admission access, plus access to the exclusive Casa Tua Club Lounge featuring entertainment, cuisine, and an incredible overlook of the showfield from The Biltmore Hotel. Club tickets will also give attendees early access to the entrant arrival to the showfield during Magic Hour at Moda on Saturday, March 2nd, and additional access to special partner services, such as Sotheby’s Luxury and Style Experiences, which can be found in The Biltmore lobby. Carbone at ModaMiami. Carbone tickets will get you a table setting at our kick-off gala dinner event, prepared by chef Mario Carbone on Friday, March 1st. This is a separate ticketed event and does not include access to the showfield during the day. Concours de Nuit. Tickets for the Concours de Nuit Celebration gain ticket holders access to the magical starlit event on the ModaMiami showfield on Saturday evening, March 2nd, which includes a strolling dinner, surprise live entertainment, and the kick-off to the awards ceremony. This is a separate ticketed event and does not include access to the showfield during the day.
Show Weekend
  • What do I need to get admitted into the event? Your valid ModaMiami ticket. Tickets can be purchased online in advance of the event, or onsite, at the University of Miami parking lot or at The Biltmore Hotel Main Gate entrance.
  • How can I check into the Casa Tua Club at Moda? Casa Tua Club at Moda ticket holders (who are credentialed) can show their credentials to the club entrance at the Alhambra Ballroom, inside The Biltmore Hotel.
  • What is prohibited on the field and at the event?

  • Can I bring a pet? Pets are not allowed on the premises. Only service animals will be permitted.
  • What accommodations are available for those with conditions and disabilities? The Biltmore Hotel is an ADA-approved facility, complete with paths and restrooms to accommodate any and all abilities. Those who are in need of a scooter for mobility are able to rent a scooter via Family Rentals. Seating is also available and can be found in areas with dining and concessions at The Biltmore Hotel property and on the showfield on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Do we have access to golf carts? No
  • What should I wear? Dress code for ModaMiami is casual chic, garden party attire. Comfortable flats or wedge shoes are recommended, as heels will not be ideal for the grass.
  • Are food and refreshments available at ModaMiami? Food and refreshments are included for Casa Tua Club at Moda ticket holders. MODA General Admission ticket holders are able to purchase food and refreshments available on site.
  • Is the RM Sotheby’s Miami Auction part of the ModaMiami event? Yes, it is. The Miami Auction will take place Friday and Saturday, March 1–2, starting at 1:00 p.m. on both days. An auction preview will be held on the ModaMiami showfield Thursday, February 29, from 12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. Admission to the Auction Preview is open to the general public. Admission to the Friday and Saturday auction is only available to registered bidders. Clients can register directly via rmsothebys.com/bid, or onsite at the Bidder Registration desk.
  • Can I bring my firearm? For the safety of all those attending this private event, no firearms are allowed on the premises.
  • Are strollers allowed on the showfield? Please keep in mind there is no place to store strollers on the showfield. Also be mindful of the show cars.
  • Is there a nursing mother’s room I can use? You can find it in the Conference Center, across from the Flagler room, just off of the rear terrace to the field. You can also refer to the map provided below.

  • Are bags allowed? Bags are allowed, of any size. However, there are no storage facilities onsite, so please keep this in mind as you pack your bags or accessorize for the show.
  • Is the event rain or shine? Yes, the show must go on. Please be prepared and bring an umbrella or other appropriate rain gear for inclement weather.
Parking, Shuttle, and Directions
  • How do I get to the showfield?
    Driving and Parking: Thursday, February 29th and Friday, March 1st – Parking is available at The Biltmore Hotel. However parking offsite on Friday is encouraged. Saturday, March 2nd and Sunday, March 3rd, Showfield attendees – Unless you are a guest at The Biltmore Hotel Coral Gables, attendees are asked to park at the University of Miami campus, then take a shuttle from the parking area. The address for parking at University of Miami is 875310 Pisano Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33146. ADA parking is also available at the campus. Shuttles will depart to take attendees to The Biltmore Hotel every 15 minutes, starting at 8:00 a.m. Please wait at the designated shuttle stop (see map). The final shuttle departs at 5:30 p.m. from the same point attendees were dropped off outside of The Biltmore. Saturday, March 2nd, Concours de Nuit attendees – Valet parking is available at The Biltmore Hotel. Rideshare Drop-offs: If attendees choose to rideshare to ModaMiami, please navigate your drop-off to the Coral Gables United Church of Christ, across the street from The Biltmore Hotel: 3010 De Soto Blvd. Coral Gables, FL 33134 (see map).


  • Are parking passes required? Are they included? Parking passes are not required. Anyone coming to the show can park at the University of Miami. See above for address.
Carbone Dinner
  • How can I purchase tickets? Tickets for the “Carbone Gala Dinner and Celebration at ModaMiami” can be purchased on the ModaMiami ticket page here.
  • What do I need to get into the event? Dinner participants will need their ticket confirmation email to retrieve the barcode that will be required for entrance. From there, guests will be checked in at the entrance to the event.
  • What do you mean by “formal attire required?” Formal attire usually consists of dressy and elegant wear, including fitted suits and tuxedos, floor-length gowns, or cocktail dresses. Take your formal attire up a notch and showcase a little Miami flare. If you need a little more guidance for the dress code, there is a great read on the different types of attire you can find here.
  • Where is the dinner located? The Biltmore Hotel’s CC Ballroom and Courtyard.
  • Will valet or parking be available for dinner? Parking will be available onsite that evening at The Biltmore.
Concours de Nuit
  • How can I purchase tickets? Tickets for the Concours de Nuit event Saturday night can be purchased on the ModaMiami ticket page here.
  • What do I need to get into the event? Concours de Nuit attendees will need their ticket confirmation email to retrieve the barcode that will be required for entrance. From there, attendees will have those barcodes scanned and be provided with a wristband for the event.
  • What should I wear? Miami chic attire is required. Flats and wedge shoes are recommended for the showfield for comfort and avoiding sinking heels.
  • What is a strolling dinner? Dinner will not be served seated but instead via buffet-style stations and passed d’oeuvres that are easy to consume while standing. However, seating will be available.
  • Will there be valet or parking? Parking will be available onsite that evening at The Biltmore.
The 100 Club
  • How can I enter my vehicle? Interested individuals with vehicles that meet the 100 Club criteria can learn more and submit your vehicle here.
  • Where can I watch the vehicle procession to the ModaMiami field? 100 Club Cars will arrive on Sunday, March 3rd, at 11:00 a.m. on the ModaMiami showfield. The general public will be able to glimpse the cars arriving at The Biltmore in the hour preceding their arrival.
RM Sotheby’s Miami Auction
  • How can I purchase tickets? The Miami Auction is open to RM Sotheby’s bidders only. You can register to bid by visiting rmsothebys.com/bid, or by visiting the Bidder Registration Desk onsite at The Biltmore Hotel.
  • Will my ModaMiami ticket cover my entrance to preview the auction vehicles? Admission to RM Sotheby’s auction preview on Thursday, February 29th, is open to the public.
